Contracts & IR35
Sales Nova works in partnership with clients to ensure clarity of scope and desired outcomes for an engagement; we provide challenge during this process to ensure the right outcomes are targeted. We agree specific deliverables, measures of progress in their delivery throughout the engagement, and regular client reviews so that our value-add and adherence to plan can be clearly seen and when an issue needs escalation to the client, agile decision making achieved. These, together with our fees, are clearly expressed in the contract of engagement.
Prior to commencing an assignment, we work with the client to undertake due diligence to determine the IR35 status of an engagement in line with the latest HMRC guidance and tests. Where the IR35 status is uncertain, we may seek external professional review to assist clarification and manage risk. Our contractual terms reflect the determined IR35 status to protect the integrity of the client and of Sales Nova.
