Business Ethics
Sales Nova and its consultants operate to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, discretion and confidentiality as set out in our “Straight & Narrow” business ethics policy. Many of our consultants have undergone formal compliance training on the GDPR, UK and US anti-bribery laws and related Acts.
We are used to working in sensitive situations, treat all people with respect, and seek to support them through and engage them in change processes.
Our Approach
We provide our clients factual and objective assessments- telling it as it is. Sometimes our diagnosis of a situation means that in our opinion, the client’s original outcomes are not achievable; in these cases, we clearly explain why, and where possible, work with the client to explore and agree alternative outcomes and courses of action.
Security Clearance
A number of our consultants possess SC and CTC security clearance from the UK Government.
